Psychic Permissions

Omega is a psychic! This means she can do the mind-reading and general other powers outlined in her app here. She generally does not whip this out for casual occasions unless it's A) ICly/OOCly just a joke (something as terribly minor as a character's favorite color) or B) she feels like she has to/is being given a hard time from a secretive character.

What happens when she uses her powers for an extended amount of time is a bleeding effect: Things she does not want you to know will seep into your head for what she wants to take out of yours. Considering Omega used to be a pretty horrible person in the 'remorseless cruel actions', things she won't want out into the open could possibly fall into your character's lap.

So, this post is to inform you of that, and if you'd like to opt out of mind reading entirely (ANY TIME she mind reads and it'll be important, I'll forewarn in ooc brackets for permission) you can do that. It's a tricky power to play and I don't wanna step on toes.

My characters are Erwin Smith [personal profile] humanwelfare, Kristoph Gavin [personal profile] defaming, and Kayneth Archibald [personal profile] tenured.

I'm fine with mind-reading, as long as we plan it out beforehand to discuss what she finds out. The only one with resistance is Kayneth, because of his magecraft; if she tries to read his mind, she'll only find out silly, trivial things.

I have Celty [personal profile] lookingforhead and Cloud [personal profile] neverfirstclass at Ruby City. Mind diving is fine as long as we sort it out ooc of course.

However, Cloud's mind is pretty much a terrible mess due to his memory issues. Celty's on the other hand should be a bit difficult but not impossible to read due to her head being off in some unknown location. Her "mind" for her body and for her head are fairly considered to be separate at this point though.

Just Honori here at the moment.

As for the mindreading and what not, I'm totally for that. But given how certain 'mechanics' work with Honori and his world, I'd like to discuss things with you first before actually putting it into play. Plus with him having a magical necklace that more or less lets him telepathically communicate with others, I'd think it'd might have some interest with Omega. :Oa

You are fine to read Thor's mind at any time, no need to ask permission first. As for manipulation/hallucination stuff canonically he's almost impossible to manipulate otherwise, but he's also kind of an idiot so he's not hard to trick. Hope that makes sense!
